Read Brothers at 539 King Street is just around the corner from our office. It is one of our favorite spots in Charleston and has by far the best window displays in the whole city! We frequent the shop and it’s eclectic collection of merchandise for inspiration. It’s such a unique place, we just had to share.
I totally agree! Could spend as much time outside looking in as inside looking around. Amazing stuff and really sets the bar. I also love how they have slowlllly evolved from one to two to three windows. It’s like someone comes back to work in the shop on holiday and does a window each time. Or not. Sometimes I think Worthwhile is a cousin…sometimes!
I love the Read Bros building too – it is actually my favorite building in the city. I haven’t been inside in a while but they also had a collection of high-end speakers and electronics?!
